1. How much will post and packaging cost?

Free to school once a month or £4.50 first class/£3.50 for second class to your home/work address

2. What is your Returns Policy?

If you have ordered a wrong size, as all our garments are made-to-order and sizes are available for you to try on @ School Reception, we can not take your garment back.  We apologise for this.

In your email, please advise us of the following:

1. What school

2. What garment

3. What is wrong with the garment

4. Your home address

5. Your mobile number

6. What size you need

How do I order samples?

Just email us your logo  to sales@schooluniformscotland.com and specify what garments you would like to see. We’ll pop it all in the post to you along with a copy of our brochure and a complimentary mouse mat!  Or give us a call on 01475 888 555

How do I make sure I order the correct sizes?

When you open an Account with us we will automatically free of charge send you a rail with 12 garments in a variety of sizes. You can keep this in your school and kids can ‘try before they buy’.

What is are your returns & refunds policies?

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.  We do not however exchange made-to-order items at all.
